Identifying and Fixing a Concealed Bathroom Leak

This project involved responding to a customer’s request to investigate a leak coming from a concealed toilet unit. We carefully accessed the concealed cistern area to identify the source of the leak and assess the condition of the internal components.

Once the issue was located, the necessary repair was carried out to stop the leak and ensure the system was functioning correctly. After testing the repair, the concealed cistern unit was carefully reinstated, restoring the bathroom to full working order.

This type of work requires careful handling to diagnose the problem while minimising disruption and ensuring the concealed unit is properly refitted.
