Bathroom Remodel & Guest Toilet Conversion

This project involved converting an existing bathroom into a compact guest toilet while reconfiguring the layout to create additional space for the kitchen.

The work included removing the original bathroom fixtures, demolishing an internal wall, and constructing a new partition wall to optimise the layout of the property. By adjusting the room boundaries, more space was made available for the adjoining kitchen while still maintaining a practical guest toilet for visitors.

The project required careful planning to ensure the new layout remained functional while improving the overall flow of the home. Structural adjustments were followed by the installation of the new wall and preparation for the updated guest toilet area.
